Adwaith Win Welsh Music Prize | Music

The Carmarthen-based all-female rock trio Adwaith have won the 2019 Welsh Music Prize for their debut album Melyn released in 2018.

Carmarthen trio Adwaith have won the 2019 Welsh Music Prize for their album Melyn (Libertino Records). Formed in 2015, the group currently consists of Hollie Singer (vocals, guitar), Gwenllian Anthony (bass, keys, mandolin), and Heledd Owen (drums). Melyn is the band’s debut album.
